I was travelling around BC state and I'm from Australia so I didn't have a working phone. Wasn't an issue at all, David was a legend and provided me with everything I needed to know, re sizes, location, price etc. Awesome service, great communication. The facility is well managed, clean and very straightforward to use. Very happy.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. It took them no time at all to setup my reservation over the phone. This is a first class facility with around the clock security, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great prices. They also sell packing supplies here, and have a sister company, Ace Moving, that provides top notch service. I thoroughly recommend Storguard to anyone looking for a storage solution.

I rent a storage locker from Storguard for my small business supplies and I've been very impressed with their customer service. Todd at the front desk found me a small unit that was perfect for my needs at a very competitive price. I did a fair amount of shopping around before choosing Storguard and their clean facilities, great location, ample parking and friendly service made my decision easy. Storguard provided a great service with a clear contract, friendly supportive staff, great hours and dolley equipment. We had a safe, accessible storage unit and enjoyed going back and forth as we gradually moved in and then out.

Super happy with the service and my experience here, great location, feels clean and safe, with lots of different storage unit size options. I've had my stuff stored here for over a year, originally shopped around and got a bunch of quotes, this place was the best deal by far for the area, as well as the most helpful and friendly staff. I have used Storguard multiple times and have always had great experiences. Fair pricing, helpful staff and easy access. Most recently closed out my unit and it was quick and easy. Shout out to Oliver who was a big help. Highly recommend and would go with them again in the future no question.

Clean, great value for money, great customer service. Oliver helped me out and provided awesome service. Highly recommend. You can get smaller storage lockers for $40CAD a month which is hard to find anywhere else.

David was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell this is someone who loves his job and his attitude proves that. It’s a very clean and efficient storage facility nice never used storage places before, but I will definitely use this one again.

Conveniently located and super secure indoor storage facility a 5 minute drive from downtown Vancouver. I selected this particular facility because clients can only access it during business hours so there’s no chance of undesirables wandering around the facility. There are ample loading bays, tons of dollies and when it comes to price, my locker was a third of the price that I was paying at Sentinal in South Van (terrible location). Very friendly and professional staff too. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful facility--clean, bright and well-organized. Friendly, helpful staff are another plus--Oliver gave great phone service and Mike helped make the on-site experience go smoothly. The price is super reasonable!

I went for an interview here. The manager, Jacob, who interviewed me, was super humble, kind, and courteous. Then, on my second interview, I met Mike, who was equally nice. These guys rock!

I rent a few lockers here and it’s easy and good value. Additionally, I have to say that the guy at the counter on weekends, David, is such a customer service hero..that I wouldn’t store my stuff anywhere else.
